Be aware of Southern Powersports, Chattanooga, TN, binding arbitration agreement which limits your rights for fraud or other problems. They would not complete a cash deal on a ATV without my signature so I walked away. The next day they said they would waive that requirement, but I purchased an ATV at one of the many dealers who do not intimidate customers with this document.
They had been previously fined over $100,000 from a NTSB investigation for selling units which had not been fixed after stop sell recall issues, (2012 or 2013) and news reports are that they fired the whistleblower.
My opinion is that this standard practice preys upon the consumer who either does not fully understand, or read documents they say are required for a sale. I have a copy of the agreement. It may be Ok for some, but please be an informed consumer before you sign.
