Southern Management Systems Inc. SMS Collects Absolutely Insane People Orlando, Florida

I had Southern Management contact me during the Christmas Holiday of 2007. They had been calling me during my working hours and everytime I had called back they had been closed. So eventually, one day I had gotten ahold of the nasty company, after an extremely rude lady had left a message on my phone and asked directly for me at my work. I simply explained to her that I would be paying half the amount today, as my roommate would be paying the rest soon ( as we were splitting the bill). She refused, at first, for me to pay the entire amount or she would not pay it all for me. I nicely kept saying that I did not have the entire amount in full so I could only pay half of it and my roommate would be paying the rest soon. She had kept cutting me off, and insulting me by saying that I would forever had bad credit, so I had asked to talk to someone else. She would not allow to transfer me and told me never mind that I don't need to pay the money, since I was be "so rude" to her. I finally shouted at her that I just wanted to pay my part today. She took my credit card number, and at the end of the phone call said in an extremly un-ethical way, "oh by the way, happy holidays." and then hung up.

This company is absolutely unprofessional. Noone deserves to be treated the way I was and others have been. Please investigate this company and see what their deal is.
