SOUTHERN REO REALITORS ARE SCAM ARTIST AND NOT TO BE TRUSTED Atlanta Georgia

First off, the home that I was looking at was to good to be true for the lisiting price. Home in great shape and in excellent community. Southern Reo scammed me of a home inspection. The way they do this is that they tell you that you need a home inspection before you can put an offer down on the home. Also, what they don't tell you is that the listing price on all reality websites is just a hoax. They fail to mention that there could be other offers on the house for higher than the listed price. My realitor (from another company) told them that I was getting my home inspection done and told them that offer papers would be turned in on a certain day. My realitor also talk to Southern Reo a week prior and asked them if there were any pending offers on the home. THEY TOLD HER "the home has been empty for eight months and no one has inquired about it." The day of my inspection, there where multiple realtors there at the home with the inspector without my knowledge. The day after my inspection was done I signed my offer papers along with the inspection letter and sent them to Southern Reo. The very next day Southern REO sent an email stating that there was other offers on the home and that I could put in another offer if I wished. So I did and my offer was declined again. SO now Southern Reo recieved a free home inspection with my money. Just seems funny how another "bidder" got everything together with an inspection and papers signed and sent into Southern Reo to be reviewed all within one day! WOW Southern Reo RIPPED THIS FIRST TIME HOME BUYER OFF!!!! NEVER GET A HOME INSPECTION DONE BEFORE YOU KNOW YOUR GOING TO GET THE HOME!
