Southern Tier Agency - Patrick Michael Corbet Threatened me through family members Depew New York

this attorney called my son's house and told him that there are 2 criminal charges pending on me. one was breach of contract and theft of service. my son was alarmed, he called me, and i called patrick michael corbet. i talked to someone, saying he was corbet, and he explained to me that i got a payday loan in 2005, and i then lost my job and couldnt repay it. i was responsible for a large amount of money. he wanted alot of personal info, which i did not disclose to him and i told him i would pay, with a money order, that wasn't good enough, he wanted a prepaid credit card, i said no way. i then money gramed him some of the payment, i have two more instalments to make.

i then saw your report on line and i called this mr. corbet and asked him to fax me a debt amount in writing. i am still waiting for that. the secretary that answered the phone at the corbet office told me that they have a lawsuit pending against rip off report.

they will not get any more money from me.calling and upseting and threatning me is one thing, messing with my kids is wrong and against the law, they kept his message for future litigation if needed. he must be stopped, or learn the law, and protocal.
