SOUTHERN TOY STORES title registration ripped straight off Woodbridge Virginia

My wife brought a 2004 auto from southern and it had a broken mirror they would tell her to come to the shop and fix it we even left the car at one point mirror was never fixed asked where are the tags they gave us the run around long enough too leave town and left us with dealer tags that have expired never called us we tried to call them to no avail and now we are stuck. My car gets towed everytime we park because of the tags cant even drive the car because of the law. Capitol one still want thier d**n payment every month though. We cant afford to pay all those fees that the other person with the hummer paid. what shall we do lets unite get these suckers 100% ripped off. I am usually understanding but not this time where is justice when you need it? Someone please holla back tell me whats up.
