Southland Roofing ripoff Stillwater Oklahoma

My name is Amanda and I started working for Southland Roofing in Novemeber. Rick Sharpton was the one who hired me on as a clean up. Which means I pick up the nails, shingles that fell when the crew did a tear off,ect. Well when I started Rick Sharpton told me I would be getting paid $65.00 a day til the job is done. Well the job was done in January and I still haven't recieved my money he owes me.

Each and everytime I call him Rick tells me to speak to his dad Dale Sharpton. I told Rick that he was the one who hired me and he is the one who should be paying me. Well, I started calling him everyday and he decided to stop answering my telephone calls which meant okay well i will call his dads number which I did. Well Dale, Ricks father decided to give me a run around saying iooh there waiting on money from Texas and it should be here in a couple of days then changed to a week then 2 weeks.

Well it got to the point neither one of them would call me like they said or answer my phones calls. I didnt work for free and I want my money they owe me. I worked for 2 months at $65.00 a day which equals $1,365.00 they owe me. All I want is them to pay me the money they owe me and I can move on. They told me I would get paid when the job is done well now its March 23,2006 aand still nothing. please do something.
