My wife and i lived at south park apartments for a few years. we never caused any trouble. one day out of the blue the land  lord said we kepted a dirty apartment. She came up and said she was allowed to search the place. she had to go out of her way to find something. I.e. she looked under the stove. find that to be not to her standings. e short while later we rented a 2 bedroom apt from her.

with our first year we asked for different things to be fix.  2 shorts in the light sockets, broken bath room door. their so called maintence siged off on the work stating is was done. The so called landlord never did check on their work.

 

Then sometime later the sewage back up in all the down thr down stairs apartments, including ours. since my wife just got out the hospital, and our sone was just a year old. i had to stay at a hotel for almost 2 weeks.  all the while all other apartments where clean except ours. The reason given was that it smelled bad, and there was rotten meat every where. my wife met with the landlord and they checked out the place.

When the landlord relized she was lied to, she said she was sorry and finally the next day they cleaned the whole place.  once we came home, and ask that we needed a refund on the hotel stay.  The landlord said no, a week latter another bad rain storm, the same thing started to happen.

I did some home work and found by law she had to give  us a refund, and fix  the problem. When she again sid no , we moved.

 

We prorated the rent gave her notice and moved. since she herself broke the lease in how she acted  by never getting things done. This landlady feels she does not have to follow the law. And does what she wants to people .

When my wife ask her for our deposit back . the landlady said we left the place dirty.

My wife told her funny we have pictures to prove how we left it. The landlord said for her to call back the next day.  When she did the answering machine always came on

and the landlady has yet to return our calls.

Never evr rent from southpark apartments.
