Southpointe Properties, LLC SOUTHPOINTE PROPERTY SERVICES LLC, BILOXI, MS LIGHTHOUSE PROPERTIES OF MS LLC, BILOXI, MS Michael Oakes Fraudulent Credit Card Charges Illegal Credit Card Transactions Biloxi Mississippi

Michael Oakes of Southpointe Properties took a security deposit from our family on 5/29/2015 for approximately $512. Southpointe Properties would be the property management company for the vacation condos located at 1664 Beach Blvd, Biloxi, MS, and our monthly payments of $1,200 per month were to be made out to Southpointe. The home owner's association's on-site manager, Julia, informed us that Southpointe Properties and Michael Oakes were no longer in business shortly after we made our payment in August 2015. Beginning September 2015, we made payments directly to the property owner Sheila P****c. We have spoken with the home owner to find out that Michael Oakes did not ever forward successfully our payments to the home owners. We made successful payments to the home owner in September and October. Then on 10/29/2015, Michael Oakes (Southpointe Properties) took our Visa/Debit card that was used way back in May 2015, and a transaction skimmed our account for $122.60 which we discovered by reviewing our checking account on 11/14/2015. We have filed a complaint with the Biloxi Police Department, and will file a complaint with the Mississippi Attorney General's office. We also informed Julia, the home owner's association's onsite manager of the fradulent transaction. Julia, let us know that we are not the only people that have had this same thing done. That other's have as well. We have been told not to expect to see any of our security deposit back. We only have the agreement between us and Southpointe Properties in place and not the actual home owner, even though we have made monthly payments to them. Beware of Michael Oakes and his schemes. He is also known to have other businesses:
