Southwest Auto Tow Ripoff Will not pay for Damage to towed vehicle Dallas Texas

SW Towing had my car towed on 05/17/07 from my apartment. After paying them the full amount of $85 on 05/18/07, when I went inside their yard to pick up my car, I noticed damages in the front bottom of the car. The cover underneath the hood was completely broken/torn/damaged.

When I brought it to the attention of the company, they took my information & informed me that the manager/owner will call me to fix it. But the denied my request without even calling me or inspecting my car. They haven't responded back to my phone calls or even requested looking at the damage before making a decision.

Southwest Towing needs to pay me for the cost of those broken parts & service (labor cost to fix it) so that I can get it repaired/fixed.
