They hall of my acct. #'s,, and other details that they would otherwise not have. This is the third problem i have had with ATT and this sor of thing, but this is a new company. they are demanded $336.64, immediately on AT&T's behalf.. They are out of Austin Tx and signed by J Lynch. Austin, Texas

Dear Ripoff Report,
After already being ripped off by AT&T myself, quite a while back, it cost me right around $3,000. I was a long term customer of thiers on my mobility smart phone while in the military. Once out, I moved home and also opened a U-Verse acct. through them. Well after around a year of satisfactory service, they combined my bill for the two. Then the nightmare started, they did combine my 120 a month phone bill with my 74 a month DSL, but never stopped charging seperately for the internet. After being cut off several times on the "DSL only we finally got to the bottom of.
This was granted after two seperate payments of 271 and 336 to be reinstated which they promised to reimberssed me. When that never happened and my Double Charges continued I was fed up. I told them I wasnted to pay out of my contract of both with was $576.32, which i payed immediately. A couple months later while frequently checking my CREDIT score, it was still the amount listed above owed to AT&T. And if this wasn't bad enough, some other foney collection agency by the name of Gulf Coast Credit sent me paperwork and called me on phone.
Not only did they have ALL of my info that no one but AT&T should have, they said i owed them that 271 i had payed to reinstate, and 537.32 for termination. After arguing w/ them knowing i had made the proper payments they said they would settle for 300, I'm 100% disabled from multiple injuries in Iraq and Afghanistan and they had the proper info so I went ahead and payed it again. Well, to my suprise, just a few weeks, checked my score again, and of course its all still in collections. How do you take on such super giants like AT&T, and others. I'm at the end of the rope, i hope this will help me, or atleast someone else.
Optimistically Yours,
