Southwest Credit Systems SW Credit Systems Entered a collection account on my credit report for a company that I never did business with. Carrollton Texas

I contacted Southwest Systems to inquire about a collection account that they put on my credit report.  The rep could not find an account me via address, full name, or social security number.

The rep told me that I had to contact the original creditor, Comcast, to get other account details, and then maybe she would be able to find me in the system.

I told her that they  needed to remove the collections off of my credit report, and she said that they could not do that, even though, they do not have any accounts/info on me.
