southwest credit systems Falsely reporting information on my credit report carrolton Texas

I recieve updates whenever there is change in my credit report and when I recieved an alert that I had a negative mark on my credit report I found that a company called Southwest Credit Systems was reporing an unpaid bill of 237.00 on my credit report.  I knew this had to be wrong I am very responsible with my credit so I tried to contact this company and find out what was up, as I had knew I had no unpaid bills from anyone and I had never heard from this company by phone or by mail. When I called I found myself in a phone maze and then the phone disconnected. This happened 4 times.  I finally gave up and tried to find out if I had the right number that is when I found the many reports of fraud and that is when I decided to spead up.  I will be disputed this and filing a complait with the attorney general of Texas and the better business burea, but if this has happened to you I urge you to speak up, it may be easier to pay these types of businesses off than stand up for yourself, but that is how these types of business's continue to take advantage of people.  Please call the Texas attoney general and make a complait to the better business burea to stop Southwest Credit Systems and business's like them.
