My 90 year old mother was ripped off by Southwest Fiduciary and their attorney, Paul Harter. She immediately lost $50,000 to these crooks. The probate court is just as guilty since these pigs operate with court orders. My mother is now in the process of losing all of her assets and money to other attorneys involved - Jon Kitchel, Jerome Elwell, Michael Dyer, Stephanie Bivens and Arizona Care Management.
