southwest fudiciary services statewide community services I'm a disabled veteran, and had to stand outside for 3 days washing cars to pay for my sister's funeral. why wouldn't they send me my money or even return my phone calls? glendale, Arizona

They 've been rippin me off for years! and I never knew it until my new wife noticed that something was "fishy"about the way my bills were being handled. I was receiving disconnect notices for my phone and cable bills. I would try and call them regarding these problems, and it would take my payee forever to return my calls. And to add insult to injury, my payee had the ordacity to curse out my wife. Only because she inquired on my behalf about an un paid bill. My wife was not yelling at her in any way. Little did she know that she was on speaker phone, and one of my church members heard her yelling. In her exact words she said,"Why do you need to know his business, I've been his payee for 6 years, and I think I know him better than you do!".

We all had shocked looks on our faces. Well my wife added to her rude and unprofessional comment. She then said, "I'm glad to hear that , and I've been screwin him for 7 years and what's your point? That's when we knew some thing was wrong with Southwest services, also known to their clients as Statewide Services. My phone bills were being sent through the mail 5 -6 days before they were due!  And when I moved to El Mirage,Az. things got worse, I mean really worse! As of January 1,2010. there was a death in my family. My sister had passed away on New Years Eve. I need some emergency money sent right away. Her funeral was $3000.00. I faxed them a statement from the funeral home, and didn't receive a call back until a month later! Now mind you , I'm a disabled veteran.

Why was I standing at a Circle K with a sign asking for a donation to bury my sister. I had to borrow money from my church, my dad, and friends to give her a decent burial. I don't care if I got $10.00 in my account. In a family emergency, they were supposed to send me my ten dollars.Well this morning I received an eviction notice. Hell! they didn't even pay my rent on time. So who's paying for the late fees? me or them? I have not received an annual report of my earnings from the V.A. or my Social Security. I don't know what I have in the bank and what's all being spent for what. They don't return your calls. And they didn't even as much as tell me They increased their fee 20%. I'm paying them $800.00 a month to receive an eviction notice. yes I have an attorney on my case. I want them off a.s.a.p!!! p.s. I bet there bills at home are paid on time. That's right I am paying their bills!..lol
