The EEP adjustment that SWG extorts fron uniformed customers is nothing but a pure unearned profit grab

In my case last month I used 106 therms down from last year at 155.

This loss of sales to SWG of 45 therms is worth $60.

SWG without any explanation charges a EEap  surcharge 0f $59.77 plus I paid tax and fees on top of this

Now the truth is SWG really only loss on the$60 in gross sales wouldbemoan a net profit loss of at best $6.

But since no person could poodle understand the formulary they almost list SWG hope we are all to stupid to realize that they are extorting far more than the income loss they are approved to recover.

You see they are ripping us off for million in a pure ripoff as they nevare only allowed to adjust for a lower income. Or profit but SWG hope to get 4 to 5 time what they are approved to surcharge.

Thank God the electric utilities are not allowed this same scam
