I was called by Kyle Harper, and later William Rhodes,  the promised me that I would make from several hundreds dollars to several thousands after 6 months. They talked to me Kyle Harper for 2 hrs or so and told that I must trust him, finally I gave in and gave my credit card number, I was charged $6000.00. He said that he would assigned me several merchants that he did business with and that I would get a percentage of what they made. I was assigned only 2 merchants, and I received only 2 checks of $35.00.

When I complained they exchanged the merchants for 2 new ones, after that I never heard from them, I called their office many times, but they never returned my calls. I had filed a dispute with Discover card, but then I received a call from the co. Stephany, she stayed on the phone while I called Discovser, and told  me that I had to cancel my dispute, and I did; she assured me that I was really goin to make money very soon. I found out soon after that Stephany quit the co. I called the co.many times, but no one returned my call and I think the company moved.

I am a senior citizen with very limited income(Soc. Security) and I to pay the $6000.00, after 3 months it was too late to file a new dispute, I lost the money that I needed so much. I have tried to file a complaint with the Attorney General office in CA, they wrote to me that they could not help me, I think they could not find the company?
