The Better Business Bureau of California has given Soyo Computer its very lowest rating which is an indictment of their business standards and ethics. Such problems come from the top.
It is time Ming Chok the President of Soyo and Ms. Pat Harriman VP of Marketing at Soyo took responsibility for their "PERSONAL" actions in failing to pay individuals they have taken money from. You have a right to deal with debtor bums personally.
If you haven't received a rebate you might want to demand to hear from:

Finally...! Got one of two rebates owing for $70 USD...from Soyo..on April 5, 2005 from last July 2004.
sorry if I sounded a little upset in here, but this has been a difficult process.
