I purchased a SOYO barebones PC system in May '04 from TigerDirect.com that had a total of $100 dollars rebate ($60+$40). I filed all paperwork as requested within the filing time period. A few months later I checked the SOYO rebate website and saw my rebates registered and approved. After a few more months I sent an email message to inquire and received a response that my checks would be mailed within 2 weeks. After waiting another 6 weeks I checked again and received a message stating that they had never received my rebate request!!!! Liars!
I've got copies af all submitted paperwork and of their replies stating that they did have my requests and had approved them. I've contacted TigerDirect.com and although they did respond they haven't done anything to get me my rebates. Since I work in IT, a lot of people ask me where to buy computers and guess what I tell everyone? Not from the ripoffs at TigerDirect.com and Soyo.
