Spa Bora Bora West Island What bad service Pierrefonds, Quebec

 got the worst service at this so called "spa". To begin, they do not pamper you at all as mentioned by the other rater. I was always waiting for the staff to tell me where to go next or what to do. For example, I was put into the sauna for 15 minutes... once it was done no one came to get me to tell me what to do next.. I waited there for 5 minutes till I got out and had to LOOK for someone to ask what to do next. Once they told me to go and lie on the massage table... I waited on the massage table for EASILY 20 minutes till someone came to give me a massage. Once the massage was done... the lady just left the room without saying a word... I waited there on the table for another 15-20 minutes till she came back to just tell me it was done and that I can take a shower and get ready for the jacuzzi. Once I was done with the jacuzzi no one came to tell me what or where to go next... I figured that was it so I just went and got ready to leave. Once at cash, I was bombarded with their so called "amazing" other services they offer. I.e. Hair salon, nails, lipo, etc. Pfft... yeah right like after THAT experience i'd want to go back. They were all ready to go as well as they all had their jackets on ready to leave for the day. IN ADDITION, this was all from a voucher which I got from Groupon which included a 15 minute sauna, 15 minute jacuzzi, and 60 minute massage. I got out of there(after paying) exactly after an hour and a half. Which means that my massage was no more than 30 minutes since I did lie on that massage table for a total of roughly 30 minutes PLUS I took a shower at one point, had to dress up, and pay! So I really don't know how long they gave me a massage for!! Worst spa i've EVER had and I don't recommend it even to my enemy!!! Very cheap. On top of it all they had the nerve to ASK me for a tip, which they didn't even deserve!!!
