I found this company rebuilt hot tub pumps and sold parts. I brought a pump in to be serviced and Charlise was very shifty and suspicious in conversation. I was told the pump would be taken apart, cleaned, inspected, and reassembled with a final testing before return. Upon receiving the pump back it was clear, nothing but the wet end had been opened to replace one $20 seal and re-used all of the o-rings. A maintenance 101 no-no. I was then charged $250 for the service. The final test was obviously pencil whipped because as soon as I re-installed it in the hot tub, the seal leaked. Was not too suprised.

On the same occasion I needed to buy 5 or 6 seal gaskets which she brought from the back room away from customer view. After I got home I noticed there were small rust imprints on the gaskets consistent with extruded aluminum tubing bent to a flange which meant the gasket was used. I looked through all of them and they were all used.

The final straw was when I was advised by a tech that a pump I had brought would cost more to repair than to buy a new one. I said ok, thanked him for looking at it, and asked if I should pick it up or let them have it to use for spare parts. He suggested picking it up.

I arrive to the store and see Charlise who grabs the pump and hands it to me and says ''get this thing out of here, I don't want to look at it!'' as she returns to tend to a young couple with their infant looking at hot tubs. Thinking she must be sarcastic, I laughed and said I know what you mean and set it down on the counter as I had a few other items to pick up. She then rudely announces ''we're changing a baby diaper here'' pointing at the checkout counter where I had the pump sitting. I pick up the pump which sets her off in a rage and gets real close to me and yells in a threatening tone, ''you need to take this thing and get it the hell out of here... you don't bring a pump in and then tell my guy you can get it cheaper somewhere else!'' I have never been so insulted and humiliated in my life. I still can't believe the words that came from her mouth. I said nothing and walked out.

As I pull out Charlise comes outside with parts in her hands and asks if this is what I am looking for, I say no adding that I never said what she accused me of. Her response '' OH, WELL THANK YOU FOR CLARIFYING THAT FOR ME.'' And walks back inside No apology... nothing.

I can fully confirm what a previous poster who was employed by her claimed as I was a subject for her little hissy fits.
