 DO NOT go to this spa. I called ahead of time and asked for a makeup consultation. When I went in she gave me a color that was 5 shades darker than my skin. I went back returned it and she sold me a product nothing like what I wanted because the one I wanted was out of stock (she never told me that) . Then the assistant manager said I could return it and she would give me extra money on a Gift Card. Then wouldn't LET me return it. "oh you can use the Gift Card for our services since we don't have the product you want. " I wanted the makeup not your stupid services. I told everyone how great you were. Now I'm telling EVERYONE NOT to go there because who goes to a spa to come out looking like sh*t!!! Goodbye! Crappy Customer Service! Learn how to run a business!
