spacare, spacare.com, spa care center, David Pratt.com, spa care center, David Pratt Bait and Switch Scam, Charged my Credit Card without Authorization, Charged my Credit Card Twice and Sent Wrong Part Oklahoma City Oklahoma

I ordered a Specific Circuit Board from SpaCare.com, they advertized the board for sale and i paid full price for it. They shopped for and found a cheaper / generic circuit board so that they could make an extra 50.00 off of me  ( Bait and Switch Game ). They shipped it to me instead of the correct circuit board that  I ordered and paid for.

When the circuit board didn't work, I asked them to send me the proper board i ordered. David Pratt ( who refused to get on the phone or ever return my phone calls ) finally after days and days of online text argueing agreed to send the Correct Circuit Board that I already Ordered and Paid for.

So now it gets worse ( the Greed ) he charges my Credit Card again ( Twice ) for the same part I already paid for without my authorization ( that is just outright theft ). To date my Hot Tub is still broken down and i have not received the proper circuit board that I was charged Twice for.

This man ( David Pratt ) has shown nothing but greed and has comitted Theft upon my credit card and offered no appologies for the trouble he has caused  my time that he has wasted, the Bait and Switch he got caught performing or the theft of my money.

Still he refuses to answer a phone call or return a phone call. Stear clear of this " SHYSTER "  and his So Called Spacare.com Tool for Unethical Business Practices, Bait and Switch, Theft and Fraud.

I will be having my Attorney contact the States Attorneys Office in my State and in Oklahoma to see if criminal charges can be filed or an investigation into his business practices can be launched.
