1) I get a call from your spa that you are running 20 minutes late due to another customer being late.  The issue with this is that it is not right to have us suffer as we were on a schedule.  We did not even get a chance to discuss the situation or even cancel because you called us only 20 minutes prior our massage appointment and we were already on our way.  On the flip side, you charge your clients for not making their service appointments.  And if we were late, you simply would have cut down on our service time, so you should make up for your delay in a similar manner.
2) We get there and fill out forms.  My form is one for dermatology, versus my girlfriends, yet I write in that I prefer a firm massage and the areas of massage I need. My massage was the lightest touch I have ever experienced, and very little time was addressed in the areas of my concern adductors, maybe less than one minute for two major muscle groups.  The strange thing is I was asked the same questions by the masseuse. 
3) No Mimosa was offered so before we left we requested them should not happen.  Then I am told you dont have Mimosas (and that was a critical part of the package offering).  Only after I questioned the statement given our package, I was asked if I would like an alcohol free Mimosa.
4) Neither one of us got the massage style or areas of massage we wanted (not provided).
