Spanish Villa Apartments Property Manager and Emergency Maint. person Flooding in apartment building, 3 apartment homes were messed up savannah Georgia

On 5/29/17 at about 4am in the apartment complex a young lady had LOTS of water flooding 3 apartment homes including myself. We called the maintaince emergency line about 50 times and nobody seemed to answer or care? It says when calling the phone that they are availible for fire, flood and lock outs. While going through all of the calling, we ended up calling the police which couldnt do much simply because its a property issue. Im upset as the tenet because I pay $700 a month for rent! My bedroom was a lake! I had my son sleeping while all the water was pouring into my room. It could have gotten worse simply because my light was plugged into the wall and it was covered in water. Myself or my son could have gotten electricuted! It makes me so upset  becase talking to the property manager she basically noted that she wasn't about to be hearing complaints from the tenets all day, but as i expressd to her you are the property manager! There was absoulty no apologies or hey I could compinsate you for something NOTHING! ive been living out here in these apartments for about 2 years! The hospitality at this location is awful! When first moving into the one bedroom there was already a leak under the sink with PATCHES of mold! i have pictures of all the mold from the bathroom and then the leak of water in my bedroom. I mentioned to the property manager that if i encounter any mold in my room or my son gets very sick as he was when we first moved in im taking this to court! she has no kind of sympathy or anything! Long story short i would like some feed back or information as to how this could be handled in an efficiant way! This is very upsetting and still wants me to pay rent??? Ive spoken with my neighbor yesterday (her whole apartment is completely damaged) and has her sleeping in a vacant apartment with a blow up mattress! they havent even honered her to hotel??? This is a some total mess!!! I need some answers and quickly please and thank you!
