Spark Energy I was ripped off by Spark Energy Houston, South Dakota

I dont remember exactly how long it was ago, maybe a few years ago, a representative from Spark Energy called me to switch to their service from Con Edison for the electricity supply. They claim that by switching to them I can save 10-20%. I didnt care about this little savings so I didnt switch. They kept calling me until I switched to them. I didnt pay attention to their charge until recently I found I was double charged and the part of the charge from Spark Energy was too high because they charged me 17.4 cents for kWh. In the meantime, I have another house that purely uses Con Edison, whose electric supply charges was just 10 cents per kWh. Instead of saving 10-20% I actually paid 74% more to Spark Energy. What Spark Energy claimed was not true. I feel that I was ripped off by a deceptive company-- Spark Energy.

Next time if someone is calling you from Spark Energy take what they promised with a grain of salt. Simply to say, dont trust Spark Energy.
