Starting in September 2018, I had no access to the website despite being billed the $25/month. I contacted the company and they got back to me right away and fixed the issue. The lack of access however returned shortly after and again I contacted them.
Eventually, they stopped responding to messages but yet my card continued to be billed up until December. I actually just had to cancel my card so they can't bill me anymore, which is a huge pain as I will be without a debit card for 10 days and that is my primary source of paying merchants.
I tried to contact them about getting refunded for the months of billing without access but they will not respond. I will be warning all my homeschool groups as they will get the same treatment.
