sparkle clean would not return a call or e-mail, after i had paid for service Spokane,  Washington

I bought a groupon, with out reading reviews....I know..i know....well i called to schedule, buiness does not answer the phone only responds to e-mail, should have been my first clue. I had a date scheduled, but I needed to re-shedule, I called the buiness...no answer...i left a mesage, assuming i would get a return call or e-mail...WRONG.....I called again the next day, e-mailed, called e-mailed.....three days goes by...nothing...

I finally contacted Groupon, they informed me that they had many complaints aboout this buiness, doing the exact same thing.....wow..... Groupon issued me a refund, I one last time called the buiness to see if any one would answer....finally got the owner on the phone, who procededto yell at me for bothering him, as he was busy....

then he hung up..... OMG.....he then sent me a rude e-mail, that he was to busy to be tied to the phone or e-mail, and he would contact me...when he got back in the office.....
