Spartan Shield General Contractors, Inc Radu Uceanu Worst roofing company! We paid to get leaks on the roof, broken wood cealings, broken exterior lighing and wavy roofs!! Radu Uceanu is a an amateur. Took 3 months to "not finish" a mediocre job. Hallandale Beach Florida

 Radu Uceanu agreed to finish a roof job in less than a month. Over 3 moths later Sapartan Shield RU Roofing after several problems with the job, soposely completed the job knowing that we were not satisfied at all We made it clear that we were not going to pay the final payment until all repairs of the broken things and corrections of the wrongfully done roof instalations were finish to our expectations and previously agreed terms.

Radu Uceanu worked in the late afternoons in his spare time. Spartan Shield RU Roofing Inc. (Radu Uceanu) sent workers without specific instructions about our requests. The roof looked wavy and and watter was being accumulated when it rained. They put nails that broke the wood cealing inside. After a moth Radu Uceanu finally came to "fix" the problems. Radu instruct the workers to add more iso insulation to the center of the flat roof leaving a hump in the middle. It looks like an amateur job and water still accumulated on the flat roof. After that "repair" they made a hole on the paper and water started to llek in the kitchen. All the cealing dry wall got wet and it was not repaired.

Radu Uceanu installed the shingles by himself on his spare time on the late afternoons, after several visist he said the job was finish. I told him I wa not satisfied and that I was not going to pay until he fix the flat roof with the hump, the roof with the waves, the wet dry-wall in the kitchen, the exterior light that was taken off the roof and the wood cealing with the nails comming out inside. Spartan Shield Roofing Inc did not ackoledged our demands and expects more money.

Stay away from this company, is the worst! Radu Uceanu is a fony contractor and is not proffesional at all.
