SPCA OF CT FRED ACKER CRIMINAL ACTIVITY, IDENTITY THEFT, ILLEGAL SURVEILLANCE MONROE, Connecticut

Fred Acker of the SPCA of CT broke into my home and placed surveillance devices in my dogs, in the hallway of my home and in a mirror across from my bed.  He intentionally got my dogs in to a dog fight (the males were separate when we were not at home) recorded the occurrence and played the illegal tapes for potential adopters and rescues in an effort to destroy my character, my person and my organization, the Friends of the Bridgeport Animal Shelter.  Fred Acker has done this before, he has a judgment pending against him by the State of Connecticut in excess of $300,000 for stealing people's identities and selling same to third parties.  He has hacked my computer accounts, he reads my mail, has been caught going through my garbage, all so he can become the biggest "rescue" in Connecticut.  The truth is he his a dirty dog seller.  He files no tax returns so no one really knows what he is pocketing.   His dogs turn up all over Connecticut.  He sells dogs with parvo and refuses to return the money or treat the pet because the pet was sold.  He is a pet store under the meaning of the law in Connecticut, not a rescue.  Fred Acker is a truly sick individual who could care less about animals, he is a true sociopath.  He is not working with any legitimate law enforcement agency as he represents.  I have this directly from all the local police departments and the FBI.  He is known as a criminal and is referred to as "Freaky Freddy" everywhere.  Do not support this nut or his organization.  I do not expect Fred or the SCPCA of CT to be in existence even one year from now as this investigation continues.  If you have EVER filled out an application for this nut or paid $20.00 for an online application, he has all your financial information.  If you have suffered from identity theft or loss of money, you have been hacked by Freaky Freddy and you need to print and copy this report and take it to your local law enforcement agency or contact the Connecticut State's Attorney, Blumenthal who is investigating this.  You can also contact the Bridgeport Police Department who is well aware of Freaky Freddy and his criminal act of breaking into my house, placing surveillance devices therein and deliberately and with malice causing a dog fight in my house which resulted in the death of a dog.
