SPCA OF CT Fred Acker Hides Dogs, Proper Care Not Given To Sick Animals Monroe, Connecticut

I am a resident of Monroe, CT and have come to believe the SPCA of CT has broken the law numerous times. The said veterinarian(s) and volunteer(s) of and for the SPCA have kept animals at their facility while the Town of Monroe does a head count of how many animals are in the SPCA's facility. The SPCA of CT is only allowed a certain number of dogs and cats kept there, but being a resident and knowing the SPCA 's reputation, I have seen over this said amount of animals there at the shelter. You can also hear the dogs barking from at least 1/4 mile away.

The SPCA holds adoption events with "600 + Dogs".....where are they all kept before the event?

Also, I have heard of sick puppies being kept in a boiler room closet in the basement of a said veterinary office the SPCA uses to treat their sick animals. I do not see a closet being an adequate living space for any ill animal. This animal hospital's basement is also their said boarding area.

I have been to this said veterinarian once before to inquire about some kittens from the SPCA of CT that were being raised at their hospital. The reason the kittens were still at this veterinarian was supposedly because they did not want them to get sick from the many other cats the SPCA has in their "shelter".

These issues are very unsettling  especially after reading other reports on this website and in the newspaper about Fred Acker; (the person who runs the SPCA of CT), and his history of violence against people and now the animals he is supposed to be rescuing. I believe these issues need to be addressed immidiatley before any more horrible stories come out.
