Special Databases SD Info Services LLC Attempted fraudulent withdrawl of funds from my checking account Columbus Ohio

I was contacted by my bank Monday evenning for a questionable charge on my account for the amount of $740.45 on Mondya March 30,2015! I appreciate their calling me for it was for a charge that I did not authorize! The bank told me it was to a company out of Toronto, Canada payproglobal.com/ . I contacted the company and they are a independent payment processing company like paypal! They confirmed that they did try to process a payment for that amount and it was through a company called pecialdatabases.com/ when I contacted special databases, they denied that thy do any business with paypro, and refused to coperate, the woman on the phone was rude and she hung up on me! I called paypro again and they confirmed that the payment in question was from specialdatabases and that they handle their online payment transactions!

I just would like to know who is using my credit card information and for it is probably a third aprty who attempted to purchase a product through specialdatabases but they refuse any accountability and refuse to cooperate! What kind of company can you trust doing business with when there is no accountability!

You ask if I used a credit card for this transaction? I never had any interaction with this company specialdatabases.com I never even visited their site till today nor was I aware that they even exhist! But someone did use my credit card information to purchase from them and they are unwilling to cooperate!
