I reached out to specialdatabases.com to purchase an email database for physicians in different states.  Originally they were very helpful and quoted me appropriately.  They sent me an invoice with a link to pay for the product.  I went online and paid $399.00 then asked when I would receive my product. I was told as soon as payment was verified and to stand by.  I received a phone call from a 3rd party vendor who called to confirm I made the purchase.  I confirmed the purchase was made and hung up the phone and went back to my sales rep and now he tells me that the product won't be delivered until 10 hours as I have to wait for them to open up for business.  THE WEBSITE STATED IT'S AVAILABLE FOR IMMEDIATE DOWNLOAD! 

Morning came and still no product however I did receive an email from this 3rd party vendor  payproglobal.com stating they needed a copy of my ID and credit card.  This sounded a little fraudulent by now so I called them.  They said it was for extra security however when I checked my bank the funds had already been taken out of my account as a pending charge my bank approved it.  I asked the vendor why they needed this information and they stated again it was for extra security.  I asked how soon after I send this information would I have my product.  He stated within in minutes.  I sent a copy of my ID and Credit Card and an hour later still no product.  I called the 3rd party vendor payproglobal.com back and they stated that their security department declined my transaction and I had to call my bank.  I told him I needed to speak to a manager because my bank has approved the charge as it's a pending transaction and the funds are already out of my available balance.  He put a manager on the phone and she was rude and hung up on me.  I called back a few more times and still got zero results from this 3rd party vendor and they kept hanging up on me and told me the funds would be returned to my account within 5-7 business days.

I called specialdatabases.com back and the phone number they have listed on their website rings direct to a voicemail with no general message.  The only way you can reach them is through live chat.  On there I asked what my options were and they didn't give me any.  They said this is the process.  I then started emailing back and forth.  They told me I could go online and re order and have other pay options.  Keep in mind i still haven't received my $399.00 back or talked to a live person to resolve this issue.  However I was given the option to pay via Western Union.  FRAUD!!

I still don't have my $399.00 back or the databases I ordered and have had to call my bank and put a stop on the transaction, and order a new card.
