We hired Tom to renovate our basement to use the space for living purposes. He told us it would take at least two weeks, which was comparable to other bids we received. He finished in 8 days because he rushed through the work because he overbooked himself and was desperate to start a higher paying job. As a result there were many flaws in his work and was no where near the quality he had said he was capable of doing. He also made me buy materials that was contracted because he claims that they were sold out and I knew my wife wanted certain things so I made sure to have them.

He will also leave piles and piles of trash like the extra pieces if drywall and other materials he brought to use and does not take them with him when he is done. This is also mentioned in other reviews of him saying he did the same thing to them, different company name but same name and phone number.

He made excuses of why he was webbing schedule by saying there were deaths in the family and daughter was taken to the hospital. I didn't think anything of it until il read another report on him saying he used the same excuses.different company name but same name and phone number.

He was more concerned with cashing our check than he was making sure we were happy. Trying to contact him after he has been paid is practically impossible. And when you do talk with him it's more lies and false promises.

He is a untrusting and needs to be supervised if you want the work done right. I have found numerous short cuts and lies that he said he did since he left. Do not use this dishonest and horrible person for any of your projects.
