Speciality Merchandise Corporation - SMC Refused to refund money for merchandise Simi Valley California

After finding out enough about the company to not want to be associated with it, and there bait and switch tactics, I followed all directions and returned the membership kit along with merchandise they had sent me. When I contacted them to see status of refund I was told that I was not intitled to a refund as it was over 30 days since I signed up for the membership.

I actually didn't expect to get membership money back, but they claim I can't get money back for merchandise that was returned to them either.
