In regards to the complaint I would like to make several points. #1 - The person filing the complaint was not a customer. We serve thousands of customers each year and we have had 52 complaints over the last 3 years and NONE remain unresolved. We do not guarantee every plane will sell - we are guaranteed to market planes until they sell - we aggressively represent each customer working to match them with a buyer. We pride ourselves in being a selling service not a listing service. Bottom line - any complaint against the company we are dedicated to resolving quickly. Anyone can complain - substantiating it is an entirely different mattter. #2 The person filing the complaint says they live in one state but the complaint was filed from another. For all we know this is a ficticous complaint by one of our competitors. Would it not be convenient for a competitor to file a complaint then refer potential customers to it as a means to seduce them towards their compay? Frankly it happens all the time. We have been in business 10 years - we are very good - as a result of our success there are many new companines who over promise and under perform. They are ruthless in attempting to discredit our company. If it were a customer filing the complaint it would be worth considering (if substantiated) - a non-customer - I hardly find this worth responding to. #3 There is no way we could have 100% positive feedback on our eBay store for 10 years and be licensed through the State of Nebraska if Specialty Aero was a scam. #4 Mr. Rockwell is a seasoned Senior Account Manager with many years under his belt with the company and has helped clients move millions in inventory.
