I worked for this company last year and it was the worse experience of my life. The owners Greg & Pete Mizioch treat the employees horrible. They are in the construction business and most of the laborers only speak Spanish---BUT they dont want them to speak Spanish in the office. So why hire only Spanish speaking workers and then not let them speak at all? Doesnt it sound fishy? It is another form of oppression! Do not work for this company because you will see what I am talking about. Rebecca & Greg & Pete Mizioch have printed on all their trucks bumpers God Bless You and then VERY hypocritical they also have it written in Spanish. Do not consider working for this company, or hire them for any kind of construction work, it is horrible and you will be treated like crap! SPECIALTY COMPANIES, The Miziochs are the worst employers!

I have worked for this company for many years and I definately disagree with your statements. It is true we have many spanish speaking employees which is why any documents have both english and spanish versions. All of the owners do not speak spanish, so we always have someone around to interpret. We also encourage the spanish employees to learn english. This would make them more of an asset to the company AND help them assimilate to their new home.
You also state "Do not hire them for any construction work, it's horrible." If you did in fact work for Specialty, you would know, we don't do " construction work!". We are #1 in this state for gabions, Top 2 for utility adjustments and very well respected for any of the specialty work we do.

Too bad! Specialty Companies should be regulated in some sort of way or at least be monitored to stop discrimination. Sounds like this companies owners do whatever they want since they have power over the poor hard working class. This is horrible since this country was started by immigrants!
