I have been in business for over 25yrs and have dealt with many office equipment dealers Specialty Office Products is by far the worst and dishonest company I have ever dealt with.
They are very good at promising and never delivering. I bought a full color copy machine and printer
From them, telling me it was one price including one year service. They lied to me saying service was never included. After calling around I had over paid by 50%. After about two weeks the machine broke down I called for service, they sent some guy out to fix who knew nothing about the machine.
He come back the next day and still could not fix it, and I think the guy was drunk, as he smelled like alcohol. After that I called a different servicing company and they had the machine running is no time.

This is a non-existent person at a non-existent account. We suspect this was planted by a competitor. Todd Anderson has never been a customer of Specialty Office Products. Like always, don't believe everything you read or hear. And because this site has a "no removal policy", this lie will remain.
