It took them only 3 months to finish investigation, and even when they did, I still can't get a report sent to me with full explanation. I can't understand how come company this site can treat their customers this way. Absolutely worst experience ever! Change over to different provider while you can, because you will end up in the same boat I did! They are refusing communicate, refusing to explain anything, and just dragging their feet on everything they can! Bunch of incompetent employees working there! San Francisco California
