I originally contacted company in January 2018 to purchase sunglasses. When I hadn't received anything by the first week in February, I got in touch, only to find that the color I wanted wasn't available (they hadn't alerted me). I chose another color.

The next day I went to the website to see the status of the order. They indicated that since I had filed a dispute with PayPal, they couldn't process my order until I withdrew it. I didn't pay with PayPal. 

I contacted them several times to clear this up and they kept promising to check on the status. Finally, I told them to cancel the order. They wanted to pay the money back to my credit card, but unfortunately my card had been replaced during that time due to credit card fraud. They then offered to pay me via my PayPal account. I refused because they had already claimed that I filed a complaint with PayPal and I didn't want to create any confusion on that issue. Also, I'm not set up to receive money in PayPal and wasn't going to do it for a sketchy company. They told me to challenge the charge via my bank, but to consider my order canceled. I did so.

Four days later, I got an email saying that my order had shipped! I contacted them for an explanation and got another promise they'd get back in touch. No luck. I checked again on the status of the shipment and it looks like the label has been created and they never actually shipped something.

I have to conclude that this company is engaged in deliberate fraud because of the bogus PayPal dispute when I didn't pay via PayPal, and because of the "shipping" after I'd canceled the order.
