This is to infrom you that based on previous survey by our affiliate Consumer Survey Specialist you indicated to be interested in an additional income on part-time basis. You are hereby selected to particpate in a paid Consumer Research Program in you area of residence as a Mystery Shopper. As on of the Research personnel selected under this program, you will be a Consumer Service Evaluator of selected retail stors, restaurants and various establishments, making predetermined purchases and evaluating the Consumer Service level of the stores and service providers.

This research program is a fully paid program and would become a permanent part-time position for a selected few who are able to distinguish themselves int eh course of this prgram. After this training assignment, your salary will be increased to $600.00 per week for the first three months. Additionalincrement of $750.00 per week will follow after another three months if you choose to stay with us.

Upon acceptance of this offer, your paid training assignment begins immediately. This self-training assignment is designed to equip you with the right information necessary to effectively carry out your assaignment as Research Personnel under this program. This assignment has been put together to be completed in two different locations. The first evaluation will take place in on the these Locations Wal-mart, K-mart, Macy's, JC Penn, McDonald's, Sears, or Target. The second evaluation will take place in one of the Money gram locations. The objective of this assignment till be to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of the payment system called Money Gram or any spceified Financial Institution.

On the first step of your assignment, you will pose as a potential customer shopping and spending $200.00 at one of the above-named retail locations. Secondly, you will be trained in financial transaction by sending a Western Union/Moneygram to our training agents in different location to be specified by your assignment coordinator. This offer expires on Friday January 30th 2009.

Enclosed are the required funds to cover you assignment. Below is the breakdown of the enclosed check.

3 hours Probation training pay @ the rate of $100 per hr.....$300.00
Funds for shopping or Hotel Lodging.................................$200.00
Service Charge by Money Gram/Western Union......$178.28
Required funds for to be sent......$3,3100.00
Total..$ 3,988.28

I got this email last month but out of state for vacation and just come back this week and found this letter. I called the company but its not a working no. so i googled the company and found a rifoffreport (which saves me) so thanks a lot. I posted this letter that i got because i was a victim of a scam like this before.

SO PLEASE AT THIS TIME THAT OUR ECONOMY IS REALLY BAD AND WE DONT HAVE JOB. PLEASE BE CAREFUL AND READ AND VERIFIES EVERY OPPURTUNITY THAT LIKE THIS. THERE ARE SOME CROCKED PEOPLE WHO WILL VICTIMIZED INNOCENT PEOPLE FOR THERE SURVIVAL. UNTIL NOW IM STILL PAYING FOR THE BOUNCED CHECK THEY SENT ME.

An internet search on Mystery Shopping scams would have told it was a scam before you fell for it - there are thousands of them out there and it keeps increasing..

Checking the Federal Trade Commission website would have helped too
