Spectrum Research Group, Handa Trudel Director Human Resources I was sent this letter on 01-07-2009 with a check enclosed in the amount of $3,98.28 and was asked to wire back $3,310 after my expenses including a service charge for wiring fees. The total amount to be wired by a USA wire service wsa $3,310.28 back to them after I deposited into my own bank account. Houston Texas

I did nothing with this check as I had my suspicions with regard to this amount of money being sent to me in an effort for me to refund them in the above amountof $3,310.00.

Because of the amount of the check I question as to why someone unknown to me would send me a check in the amount of $3,988.28.

I have no knowledge as to how these persons got my mailing address and email address. At no time did I solicit anything from this bogus company and needless to say I was shocked that I got a check from them to complete some mystery shopping. I did not participate in this endeavor of theirs as I believe this is a form of wire fraud and money laundering; of which I do not wish to participate in.

I have made a copy of this check dated 01-07-09, check # 07155533. I absolutely refuse to be a part of this illegal scam.

I sincerely hope that the FBI becomes involved in file the appropriate indictments against these people of Spectrum Research Group as it appears that more than one law has committed by this group.

Lastly I would like to be a plaintiff in any lawsuit filed against this Group for attempting to make me a victim/criminal of their scam.
