Speedee Delivery Do not believe delivery times

Called Speedee for a pickup for Wed 10-10-2018.  Pickup was never done and called them back on Friday 10-12-2018 and then again on Monday 10-15-2018 only to be told that they would not even be able to pickup the package until possibly tomorrow.  They could not get a hold of their driver so there was nothing that could be done.  

I needed to have the shipment delivered no laterthen last Friday and now I am sitting here not only with the important package but also with no answers as to why the package was never picked up.  When asked what they could do to help remedy the situation I was told nothing.  Their customer service is 1 level above not having any.

I would strongly recommend not ever using this company if you need timelyness on a delivery.  They may save you money but they will damage your reputation.
