Speedminder Radar Technology LLC Martin LeVan Mail Fraud, Take the Money & Run, Scam Artist, Theif, Con-Artist Somis, California

Our company purchased a driver feedback sign from Martin LeVan on our P.O.# 1246A dated 3/17/2008. We were told that we needed to pre-pay for this equipment prior to his shipping it to us. We paid the full amount of $1713.00  against his invoice in good faith and expected to receive the equipment soon there after.

It has been over four years and we still do not have the equipment or the return of our funds. We have discovered that Martin has been accepting orders & money for equipment that he does not have.  It appears that he is attempting to secure as much money as he could under these false pretences in order to be able to build his company and eventually build the driver feedback signs he has been claiming he has to sell We have foundothers who are also owed money under this same scam and are looking to stop Martin from stealing from anyone else.

Martin used a Post Office Box in Somis, CA when he had us send him the money.  We are hopeful the he could be prosecuted for mail fraud for using the U.S postal service for fraudulent purposes.  The P.O. box being used is Box # 664 / Somis, CA 93066. Attached is a copy of our purchase order and their invoice.

We understand that we probably have no chance to recover our money, but we do want to prevent anyone else from getting scammed from Martin LeVan and/or Speedminder.
