Speedticketbeaters.com Phone representative called me a c**t, Internet

I got a speeding ticket and was thinking if there was some way I could contest it.  I was doing some research on the internet and came across a link for speedticketbeaters.com.  I figured a free evaluation couldn't hurt.  Typed in the information for an inquiry that said they would send me email and then a phone call. 

The phone call came the next day.  I answered and the representative started his sales pitch.  I said, "No, thank you," and hung up.  He called back immediately.  I figured I'd answer and tell him please don't call again.  I said, "Hello."  He said, "Thanks for losing $1,000, you dumb c*nt," and hung up.
