I Brought a 98 ford pick up f150 from them had trouble with the engine according to the service manger grant he said that i had a bad fuel injector a misfire and a bunch of codes they replace the injector and suppose to clear codes it didn't second i had to take it back cause i did nt have any heat again grant say it was the heater core was clogged so they say they replace the thermostic and flush the core TWO DAYS later my truck broke down again they refuse to work on it cause i say i was going to take them to court on the first problem it was not the fuel injector it was a bad coil and spark plug and wire second i was on my way to the doctors and it broke down the water pump went out i told that so call service manger that was the problem but he say no to everything i told him i ask him for the old parts i did not get them i had it repair at two different shops and i have not hasd any trouble with it since
IT COST ME AT SPEEDWAY AUTO MALL IN THE AMOUNT OF $641.00 AND THE TOTAL AT THE OTHER 2 SHOPS WERE $248.95 AND THAN{ AT THE OTHER ONE $348.00 WHICH THE INS COMPANY PAY THAT BILL } I WOULD LIKE A REFUND BACK FROM SPEEDWAY IN THE AMOUNT OF $1065.00 THAT IS WITH A RENTAL CAR FOR A WEEK

My name is Brian Grant, I am the service manager at Speedway Auto Mall. When this gentlemen came in to get his work done on his 1998 ford f-150, he was experiencing multiple problems. All problems are documented on multiple repair bills.
Our shop has an outstanding reputation for customer service and we will continue to strive to meet all are customer needs to the best of our abilities.
