Recieved an email from Chris Freville on and upcoming webinar this was the headline ' RE-SEND: Happens TONIGHT (AWESOME NEWS)' so i joined the webinar.

Chris introduced Paul Ponna and he spoke of this amazing software that they had developed and he was selling it to only a few people . I liked the webinar and since i had dealings with both of these marketers before and like a fool i trusted them.

I purchased the software for $997 with a seven day money back guarantee on the payment plan option (2 payments) through Swreg.

I recieved my membership details and i downloaded the software. It took approximately a day to get through to support to get my password. To my horror it was the same software i had downloaded last year with one extra module. The software i had downloaded (and returned for a refund) was called Profit Monarch,Traffic Monarch and Niche Monarch which made up the software suite.

I had returned these not long after i got them as they never worked properly from day one and the support was terrible. i think at the time i paid about $60-$100.

I tried again to get the software to work and after a number of emails to support i still could not get to work properly , the level of support had not changed either , woeful. On the 5th day i asked for a refund through Swreg well within the 7 day guarantee period.

I left it for a few days after that and again went back through Swreg asking where was my refund. This time i recieved an email from Swreg saying they had sent it to Speedy Commissions.

Support from Speedy Commissions wrote back and said i was outside my guarantee period and would not recieve a refund and this was also after waiting for support for 2 days to answer a question about the software. For some reason Swreg had not forwarded my request for a refund, how convenient. so after many more emails to both Swreg and to Speedy Commissions i cannot get my money back.

Even though the software is basically the same as i bought and returned before. And as far as i am concerned i was withing the gaurantee period.  After all about three days was spent just trying to get the crap software to work , and it still does not work properly.

I believe that selling software that has allready been sold and then re badging it under a different name and then marketing it so it appears to be different and also charging 10-20 times more is fraudulent and i also will put a complaint in at the Fbi internet fraud site. Also i am in the process of finding out why Swreg never sent on my request for a refund.

So BEWARE internet marketers that you trust, in my case Paul Ponna and Chris Freville both are unethical and have scammed me. The support team and particularly Jessica was very unhelpful and i hope there is such a thing as karma. Also BEWARE of Swreg when placing a refund request as one cannot be sure they will send it, especially as it is in their best interests not to.

All in all unethical and fraudulent internet marketers just trying to line their own pockets and screw everybody else. So beware  SPEEDYCOMMISSIONS.COM !!

Ignore This Listing - Issue Has Been Resolved

AUTHOR: stormbruce - (Australia)

POSTED: Saturday, August 11, 2012

It seems that i may have gone off half cocked when i filed this report. The company Speedy Commisions has offered to resolve the issue and it seems that some of the people i had been dealing with in the company have now left and should have properly mediated with me at the time and there were perhaps some miscommunication issues..

It appears that the staff i was dealing with were not exactly following general company policy and since they are the support team i assumed the whole company was like that. It appears i was wrong and since

i cannot retract what i said i can only offer this update. So i make a formal apoligy to both Paul Ponna and Chris Freville and to Speedy Commisions. The people who read the first report will also see this retraction on my part and realise my mistake.

Clearing Up A Few Points

AUTHOR: stormbruce - (Australia)

POSTED: Saturday, May 19, 2012

After re looking at the software again as they will not refund ,it is apparent that only two of the modules are the same. The Profit Monarch (old software)= Niche Video Robot (new software). And the video submission software which is Traffic Monarch (old software) = Miracle Traffic Machine (new software). I also watched the webinar again and it was mentioned in the webinar that this was 'cutting edge new technology that had never been released before' , perhaps the other two modules had not been released before but these two certainly had! It is misleading and deceptive conduct and if this happened in a land based retail outlet the federal government would come down on them like a ton of bricks.
