Speedy Health Supplements Charged my card before products were available and would not ship the remainder of the order without additional shipping fees Internet

I placed an order for vitamins that apparently many others are purchasing. The website clearly states that they will not charge your card until the product is shipped. They charged my card for products on back order as well as products in stock. They would not send me the order they had in stock because they did not want to pay for the shipping on two orders. They have no idea on a date the order will be available. I called customer service to get the issue resolved and the female representative I spoke with was extremely rude and basically said they would not ship the remaining order and I asked why my card was charged for a product not in stock and she said basically your pre-ordering it and when it becomes available they ship it out. Again, they have no clue when the products will be available. I asked to cancel the entire order and I purchased it through Iherb. The exact same product in stock. I received a follow-up email that was extremely rude from the representative. I would not do business with this company ever!
