Ordered sign for neighborhood yardsale and paid extra for shipping 5 to 9 days.  Being in Alabama I figured I'd have the sign in 5 days not 9 but when I called was told they had the full nine days to get the sign to me.    When I got the sign was extremely disapointed with the quality.  I ordered the lettering to fit the sign (or I thought I did) on my computer I maxed out the letter size for the poster size.  When I got the posters the letters were small and lots of space between lines and letters.  I paid $57 for something I could have done myself through Home Depot.  Numerous e-mails with the company was a waste as they put the complete blame on me.  Why couldn't they use their common sense and call me when they saw how small the lettering was for a poster board the size I ordered.  They are the professionals.  Very poor customer service.  I was not happy with the product so their 100% guarantee is false.  Their reply was to order another sign and they woudl give me a 15% discount.  No thank you!
