After sending two complaints via Speedy Mag published support email address and then talking on the phone to Jake two times as well, there has only been a promise to check into what has happened.

1-2-2014 Just now talked with Jake from SpeedyMags.com after I looked up their site again for the second time.
Again, Jake answered the phone as he had done regarding my initial complaint here. I told him that he should go on RipOffReport.com to add rebuttals to all the complaints filed including mine. I appologized to him that I never went back to amend my complaint after all my magazines came in shortly afterwards.
I wanted to get a couple magazines after just now recieving a phone solicitation from Dial America calling on behalf of MADD Mothers Against Drunk Driving who wanted me to renew our Home and Gardens magazine for four payments of $14.95. I declined especially since only 12.5% goes towards the cause!
This was my impetus to look for Speedy Magazine again remembering only that I did finally get my magazines for a song and a dance. THE WAIT WAS WORTH IT ....to me back then! $35 for 4 magazine.
So I am going to place another 4 pack order to see how it goes almost 4 years hence especially since Jake asked me to check out their reputation on Google Shopping - MOST WHERE 4-5 STARS!
I'LL KEEP EVERYONE POSTED!
