Don't buy any phonecards from this website. They happen to advertise the lowest calling rates on their phone cards like "Just Call" - India only 4.5 cents a minute on cellphone, with 1 minute rounding and no connection charges. But in fact, they are ripping off the minutes. I purchased $5 x 4 = $20 phone cards and when I timed my first call on stop watch, I called for 6 min. 56 seconds. It instead took 11 minutes off. And also they have connection charges, which the falsify in their advertised prices. Your balance and minutes ripped off even when the other party is not even ringed. I tried calling their customer service, but no response. They don't have any physical address given on the website, not even the city name. I'm regretting to buy from their website. Don't do the same mistake.

As per the comments of rebuttal left to my ripoff report, I called Eric to resolve the issue, he get me transferred to customer service.
Spoke to Nicholas and explained him about the rip off of minutes, I got for purchasing the Just Call phone cards from them. I also reminded Nicholas, the comments left by Eric on RipOffReport.com as rebuttal, regarding 100% gurantee of advertised rates.
As requested, I gave the pin number of unused phone card (Just Call) and the numbers I dialed "to"(destination numbers) from the used phone cards to Nicholas. In response, Nicholas told me that he will look into the details and it will take some time to resolve the issue? I asked how long?, I got an answer, he doesn't know how long...
